HI GUYS!!!!!!!
yup, I really, really wanted to submit another picture, since im not on much (until I get my internet on Friday!! ) so this is most likely gonna be my last submission until Ive got the net in ma' voom ^^
so yar, I saw this really cool anime charatcer called Celesse on a website, and I loved the character so much, I thought Id draw it ^^
I hope you like it guys
Time///// about 5 1/2 hours (one of the most timely pictures ive ever drawn!!)
Reason////// to actually submit!
Goal///// to make a good Anime pic, out of a good anime character
Tools///// pencil and paper, then photoshop 7
